I've been using it for two days already and I love it.
First I would like to say that I have some problem with the sound of my voice, I hear myself cut like if the sound is glitched...
Second I don't know why there is the limitation of 3 exercises a day. I would love to practice more but I have to wait another day which is a bit frustrating. And there is no explanation for that which makes it even more frustrating...
And third, I would love to know how will the app help me in the long run, for now, I've just made sounds with my voice, but will I in the future sing too? Or all the app is about making sounds? I'm a beginner and I find hard to believe that just by making sounds at different tones my signing skills will get better....
Thanks :)
@ajimix Great to know you're enjoying the app! We're constantly trying to improve the pitch detection and sound. As a temporary fix, completely restart the app and have the earphones already plugged in. Let me know if this doesn't work.
The idea is to have you practice with different exercises everyday and stay disciplined with the practice.
In the long run, the app will help you gain control over notes in your vocal range and you will pitch better the longer you use it. Think of it like how you do reps at the gym regularly and keep getting stronger each time!
My dad and brother are singers, whereas I am a shower singer. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, except in this case. π Would love to have this for Android (I signed up to be notified) and shower mode! Great job with the design and I love this idea, @varshashok!
@kunalslab Awesome, thanks Kunal! Would be great to get some feedback from your family too (if they're on iOS). We should probably get to work on that shower mode though - would do a lot for the morale of our learners. :)
@varshashok they are on iOS! I have an iPad I can try it out on. Will let you know their thoughts after using it!

Four things you can do with @VanidoApp.
1. learn to sing with daily sessions
2. personalised to your vocal range
3. get real time visual feedback
4. track your progress and stay disciplined

Gorgeous, fun interface! Makes me feel less bad if I make my family's ears bleed from me belting the wrong note. :D
@j_ennychu Haha thanks Jenny! Tell us if that changes after using Vanido for a couple of days. :D

This is a fantastic product with such an exciting premise β€οΈ as a songwriter who is more of a shower singer this could help me immensely with confidence in creating sample demos of my songs.
@tese_omesan You're our perfect use case, Tese! Thanks! We're working on ways to keep learners engaged with better content and a richer experience. Would love to hear your thoughts on Vanido once you've played with it. Reach me on my email, varsha@vanido.io :)
I am really going to take a crack at this. I've always wanted to learn to sing but the typical once-a-week lesson is hard to find time for and stay committed to. The UI looks great.
Thanks @tomfrazier! There is certainly a gap we believe we can fill by making singing education accessible and inclusive.
I'm interested in learning more about your singing experience so far. If you're free for a quick 15 minute conversation, please schedule a call whenever you're free here: https://calendly.com/varshashok/... Would love to discuss this!

wow this is awesome. such a novel idea and beautiful execution. the human voice can be a powerful instrument but needs practice. looking forward to practicing with Vanido. Congrats!
@organicthirty Thank you Salim! Completely agree. Any one can sing but we are not singing as much as we should and are not singing as well as we could. Hope to change that with Vanido! Look forward to hearing your thoughts on practicing with the app.
