I'm the creator of Vada, and I'm incredibly excited to share it with you all today.
We built Vada because traditional 360-degree performance reviews are fundamentally broken. For most organizations, they’ve devolved into a dreaded, bureaucratic compliance exercise which comes in clunky forms, generic feedback, and zero actionable outcomes. Teams spend more time fighting rigid HR software than actually helping each other grow.
Vada is our answer to that. The name itself comes from Vadana/Watthana (วัฒนา), a Thai word that means continuous development, prosperity, and growth. That philosophy is baked into everything we do. We don't believe performance reviews should be a once-a-year administrative chore; they should be a constant, organic cycle of lifting each other up.
With that in mind, we built a minimalist, lightning-fast platform designed for agile teams that value transparent, continuous growth over corporate checkboxes. We focused heavily on creating a frictionless UX so that giving and receiving meaningful peer insights takes minutes, not hours.
