Why we named our feedback platform after the Thai word for "development" 🇹🇭

by•

Hey Product Hunt! 👋

Vada gets its name from the Thai word Watthana/Vadana, which translates to "development."

As a CTO managing engineering teams, I've noticed that 360-degree feedback usually feels like an annual administrative chore—or worse, a penalty—rather than an actual tool for growth. I built Vada to completely flip that dynamic. It’s a lean, no-nonsense platform designed to make performance reviews painless, continuous, and genuinely useful for both organizations and individuals.

We focused heavily on keeping the UI incredibly clean and the onboarding frictionless, so you can focus on the feedback itself rather than fighting the tool.

I’ll be hanging out here to chat about the product, building lean tools, or team culture!

I’d love to hear from the community: How does your team currently handle feedback, and what’s the biggest friction point you face in building a culture of continuous development?
