@nbrempel GPS has to be running to run in background & track. We have reduced it to minimal power by using cell tower locations. (2-4% a day) :) We also plot where you are spending time on your phone.

@anmol_malhotra4 Because devs can't actually know when your phone is locked/unlocked, they have to guesstimate using motion. At least that's what I learned from my attempt to build something like this.

How is this different/better than Forest? I've been using forest to consciously avoid using my phone when I want to focus on something or engage with someone. What are the actionable prompts you provide (if any)?

@piero_ruiz forest has to be left open to track that you are not on a different app, Unplug tracks your phone usage automatically. We give our users a daily trophy currently.
