Unloop is a visual pattern mapping tool that helps you see the triggers, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that keep you stuck. Map it out. Spot the loop. Let AI surface what you missed. Design tiny experiments to interrupt it. No prescriptions. No generic advice. Just your patterns, made visible.

Huge congrats on the launch! 🎉 The concept of 'visualizing the invisible' is so powerful, especially for neurodivergent minds. I love that you focus on 'tiny experiments' rather than generic advice—that actionable approach is what's usually missing in mental health tools.
As a builder myself, I know how hard it is to balance depth with simplicity. Curious: How did you decide on the specific visualization style? Was it based on specific CBT frameworks? Upvoted and following!
Unloop
@elevenapril Thanks! The visualization style came from my own ADHD experience - I needed to SEE why I kept getting stuck, not just read about it. Traditional frameworks felt too linear for how my mind actually works. So I built something more freeform where patterns emerge as you map them. Appreciate the support 🙏
@dana_r This is very well thought out. I wish I had this when i was going through my unlooping journey :)

Hi Dana — quick question.
When you check out a new app on Product Hunt, what’s the one thing that makes you immediately understand its value (before signup)?
This reframe is powerful, Dana. In the world of web infrastructure, we see the same thing: it is rarely a single "broken" piece, but rather a loop of technical debt and maintenance gaps that slow down growth.
I love that Unloop treats these as variables rather than flaws. As someone who helps founders manage the "loops" of website maintenance so they can stay in their zone of genius, I can see how this would be a game-changer for avoiding burnout.
For the AI surfacing feature, does it look for patterns across different categories (like work vs. personal) or does it stay focused on one map at a time?
