Typewise is an AI agent platform that gives every customer a first-class concierge across service, sales, delivery, billing and retention. Its agents remember context, communicate across channels and resolve requests end to end by taking action in the systems you already use. Typewise Nova runs, tests, monitors and improves the AI operation, while your team controls what it can do, what needs approval and when people take over.
AI customer experience that builds and improves itself
Nova is the AI Operator that builds and improves your AI customer experience team, no developer required.
Describe in plain language how customers should be handled and connect your tools. Nova builds the agents, tests them on past tickets and shows you what failed before anything goes live. Once running, it monitors quality and proposes fixes 24/7 for approval.
Agents resolve whole requests, from orders and refunds to plan changes, across email, chat and WhatsApp. Unresolved requests are free.

I loved the focus on letting AI handle complete customer journeys instead of just letting AI reply to messages. I would be more interested in seeing how teams measure the quality improvements over time. Btw, Good launch, Congrats!
@davideberle Yeah I was thinking about edge cases where the agent has to combine multiple sources and make a decision rather than just answer a simple FAQ
That kind of real world handling is what I’m most curious to see with Nova
@suryansh_tiwari2 we wouldn't consider that an edge case but that's at the core. Each AI Specialist that you set up (through Nova, or you can also do this manually) contains natural language instructions, and can access the set up knowledge and action tools. So this is multi-step reasoning and action taking, but always specific to the customer's case. If you bring multiple points at once, the Supervisor will go through those one by one, involving the right Specialist for each topic until that's resolved, which avoids hallucination or other weird stuff.

This feels like a natural evolution from simple AI chatbots to truly useful AI agents.
@mcarmonas hmm, it looks cool! I'd need to see proper product specs to understand: what is it exactly, how does it work, and then I can give you a more detailed answer :-)

This is a smart approach to AI customer service. Can Nova identify when an agent gives a poor response?

@sidraarifali there's a CSAT measurement, and then there's the resolution rates, both should go up with improvements!

Huge congrats on the launch Team
Really interesting approach here and curious to see how Nova handles more complex support cases in the wild
Typewise
@suryansh_tiwari2 thanks! what type of complex cases are you thinking about? feel free to give it a spin :-)

@flora_kendall that's exactly it :-)
A friend in B2B recommended I check out Typewise for our billing tickets, so here I am!
Typewise
@jabari_zuri cool! which billing system you use? Stripe? how are tickets currently handled?
My support team suggested trying this to reduce manual CRM updates across multiple channels.

@upendra_kumar17 great, give it a spin and let me know how you manage through the onboarding! what CRM are you using?
Humalike
Congrats on the launch! Thoughts on humalike.ai? good or bad fit?

@daris_esteban you mean when an AI agent gives a poor response, or a human agent?
