We are super excited to share Transak here. :) Problem: Currently, apps can’t access mainstream customers in most countries because their customers can’t buy crypto, and they have to hack together multiple on-ramps and payment methods from different countries or send users to a 3rd party exchange. The user experience varies, and so do the fees. Transak solves this by aggregating multiple on/off ramp providers from around the world to allow apps to handle fiat deposits and withdrawals from a global user base. Transak takes out all of the complexity around local compliance, payment methods, and liquidity. I have only used them twice and both were a nightmare, my bank have sent payment to them and they have proved this, but Transak are not interested in looking into it and completely ignore all requests for help. It isn't worth the hassle or the phone calls to your bank trying to get the money back

Transak.com worked smoothly for me initially, but I encountered an issue later on. I notified them about receiving verification codes from my bank, only to experience a failure on transak.com. I attempted transactions with two different banks and a prepaid card, but they all failed. Upon informing them, their response indicated that my bank had declined the payment due to suspected fraudulent activity on my account. They advised me to contact my bank for assistance. I emphasized to them that if this was the problem, I wouldn't be able to use any of my accounts, but that wasn't the issue. However, their response was identical to the previous one. Subsequently, they ceased to respond. Ultimately, I tried a different service, Topper, which proved to be effective for my needs.

My purchase was failed on the 24th - no one contacted me, instead they suspended my account, did not reply to my initial email to check what is going on about the purchase and waited for me to send a second email more than a day later to just inform me that the account is suspended. No proactiveness what so ever, no information, no one emailed me even an automatic message to check if everything is ok, if they have any sort of concerns abbout the transaction or bank or about the security, whatever. No such thing happened. And now on top of their not responsiveness, lack of proactive behavior, they say the account is suspended and ask me if I am satisfied with the service. Really? I will not rest until I receive some kind of an explanation, until I have mhy account back and an actual human being instead of a half filled macro explains to me what happened and how do we make it better!

Never ever ❌TRANSAK❌! I have already made use of TRANSAK several times in the context of trades and crypto systems. Suddenly I had to go through a new KYC process when making a purchase. This was then released a short time later as confirmed and approved. But only to revoke it 20 minutes later and irrevocably block my complete profile. The explanations, according to customer support.. a joke! Absolutely incomprehensible, even though Transak has caused me more problems in the past than I have for them. In some cases they froze payments for 14 days or did not ensure that the recipient received them. The company is certainly close to exhaustion. Everything always went clean and smooth with the payment from my side. So dear people, just avoid this form of payment! This is absolutely not recommended and, in the worst case, unintentionally causes bad PR!❌
