Automated system couldn't verify my documents (neither passport not driver's license) so my account was locked. I contacted support offering full cooperation, they unlocked it and told me to try again, so I did. Verification failed again unfortunately (possibly because my documents contain non Latin characters, but that is not my fault) so support decided that my account is locked and that is a final decision.

You take the time to sign up and they won’t offer you the time to tell you if they accept you or not. Customer service staff are rude. Told them to cancel my application, don’t want to work with people like that

Hello everyone, please do not trust moon pay. They have ZERO customer support. And suddenly they will disable your account and leave bots to answer your queries. Their terms and conditions are random and they will not tell you what is wrong with your account!

Short, but terrible. I went through the verification process as normal only to have my account immediately disabled upon registration for "non-compliance with the terms of service". Very odd considering I never had the chance to even use the product, so I reached out trying to find out what the problem was. They responded with an email within a few minutes, stating my account was terminated for "deviating" from the Terms and Conditions, the decision is final, and there was nothing more they were going to do about it. They also refused to tell me how I "deviated" from the terms and conditions. I have never had this problem when signing up for other crypto-buying services like Binance or Coinbase. In the end, judging by other people's problems with their terrible service, perhaps they did me a favor by denying me upfront for no discernable reason.

They suck disabled my ability to buy Bitcoin an for some reason no one there knows the reason it's a piece of crap

They are horrible. I don't care if they make or lose money. They just ran off with mine.
