I transferred 3500 USDT to my bank account in Romania (EU) and have been waiting for over 2 days without receiving the funds. After contacting support team, I received no assistance or resolution, except for a recommendation to cancel the transfer. Although I complied with their advice and canceled the transaction, but I did not receive any notification regarding the change in the transfer status. Furthermore, after one more day, when I reached out to the support chat, I discovered that my ID was unsatisfactory to them. It is important to note that providing an ID was not mandatory, and they never requested it in the first place. I added the ID voluntarily, and now they are using it as a pretext to delay the transaction further. This situation gives the impression of fraudulent activity, deliberately prolonging the transfer and payout process. I am left uncertain about whether any payments will be made at all, as I have been unable to verify this service in good way.

Short, but terrible. I went through the verification process as normal only to have my account immediately disabled upon registration for "non-compliance with the terms of service". Very odd considering I never had the chance to even use the product, so I reached out trying to find out what the problem was. They responded with an email within a few minutes, stating my account was terminated for "deviating" from the Terms and Conditions, the decision is final, and there was nothing more they were going to do about it. They also refused to tell me how I "deviated" from the terms and conditions. I have never had this problem when signing up for other crypto-buying services like Binance or Coinbase. In the end, judging by other people's problems with their terrible service, perhaps they did me a favor by denying me upfront for no discernable reason.

Scam company. I purchased cryptocurrency via Moonpay and I never ever receive them. The customer support is also almost non-existent. When I noticed that the funds were not in after a 3 days wait, I reached out and was told by their team that "we are facing liquidation issues with their investors so something went wrong on the back end - rest assure you will get your funds but we just don't have a time frame". What???? Lol..

I ordered some eth through this platform. After 48 hours, it still had not been delivered to my wallet. I emailed customer service. They, initially, told me they were sorry but it would arrive in my wallet within 15 to 20 minutes. After an hour or so, it was still not in my wallet; so, I emailed again. They replied that they don't know anything and it will take them 3-5 business days to get an answer. They would not even cancel the transaction. This company is a scam and will only steal your money. I have filed a fraud report on this company with the FTC as it is an illegitimate company.

Automated system couldn't verify my documents (neither passport not driver's license) so my account was locked. I contacted support offering full cooperation, they unlocked it and told me to try again, so I did. Verification failed again unfortunately (possibly because my documents contain non Latin characters, but that is not my fault) so support decided that my account is locked and that is a final decision.

They lost the cryptocurrency I had bought. They do not accept the responsibility and I lost my money because I MoonPay. Their customers' service is aweful and not willing to provide any help. I also need to add that the transaction fees with MoonPay is one of the most expensive one in this market. They rip you off. I highly recommend that nobody should trust MoonPay.

Used to buy from Ledger. Wasn't alot but noticed the fees and difference in conversion. Took awhile to process as well, which could account for the discrepancy. Cost more than Coinbase. Emailed them about it, but got nil response. Will not use again.

Works perfect, but if you have any problem like an exchange that reverting your deposit and send it back to Moonpay. They wont help you, also without the transaction ID. In very disappointed about the support
