👋 Hi, Product Hunt! I am Alexander, I am the CEO and Founder at Trafft Booking SaaS. Trafft has been a long journey for us (though even more lies ahead), we've been building it for over 2 years, it is a next-gen product in our family of booking tools (you might have heard about our WordPress booking tool called Amelia). Trafft is a platform for appointment booking and scheduling automation for service businesses, with a set of tools to manage multiple employees, locations, customers, advanced schedules, special days, discount coupons, invoices, reminders/notifications, virtual (Zoom and google hangouts) sessions and events, group bookings, online payments through different providers, etc. How does it work? 1. First, create an account (choose an industry, choose a URL for your new booking page, and sign up with Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook). 2. Configure services, employees, and adjust their schedules if needed (we will create some predefined entries for you, to get you started). 3. Share the booking page URL with your customers and start receiving bookings! Easy, isn't it? But you can always tweak it as you need: - Configure custom schedules, vacations, work periods, define whether one employee works on multiple locations - Connect employee's schedules with their Google or Outlook calendars - Add custom fields to the booking process to collect any additional data - Configure a first-level custom domain for your booking page, not to use the Trafft's subdomain - Configure buffer time before and after for services that need preparation/clean-up, add galleries for services, service extras - Configure payments through Stripe, PayPal - Add any custom integrations through Zapier - Configure integrations with Facebook pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, - Customize your booking page with colors, logo, etc. - Customize the look of the generated invoices - And many more! And the best part is that we are still just getting started - we are adding lots of new features soon - SMS notifications, event scheduling, iCal integration, multi-lingual support and translation to different languages, deposit payments, etc. So, it is a big date for us, and we are really looking forward to any feedback you can provide! Do you know of any users who use the booking page as the branded landing page to a webinar?

Can it handle booking twice weekly appointments (or once or three or four times a week) on a monthly basis (in other words every Mon and Wed) and only pay a standard monthly price. So I want clients to be able to book twice a week and pay a monthly price regardless of where they have eight, nine or ten appointments because the month starts on different days and may have 28, 29, 30 or 31 days.

Looks great! Any plans for adding MS Teams support? Would love to see at least either auto-creation of Teams Meetings (with basic features, should be 1 API call really), and also the calendar tab (if easy enough) to show the meetings schedule! Keep the good stuff going!
