I absolutely love TidyCal. It is a one time payment which means I don't have to worry and cater for the monthly subscriptions. It has a very clean look and so, so simple and easy to use! It literally took the stress off me from having to go back and forth with anyone for a scheduled meeting! On top of that, it integrates with Zoom so well and easily! That was really impressive for me. The only thing that I found that can be improved is to list our inputed unavailable dates chronologically so that it is easier to back check or look at the entire calendar at one go.

I had been using a paid version of Calendly for the past 5 years until I found TidyCall on AppSumo. TidyCal is PERFECT for my needs as a board certified hypnotherapist and relationship coach for scheduling Zoom sessions with my clients. It has never let me down and I cancelled my Calendly subscription, which has save me well over what I paid for TidyCal. While it doesn't send out SMS text reminders as Calendly did, I remedy this easily with my CRM. I would heartily recommend TidyCal to ANY business that needs simple and reliable scheduling services. It has saved me a lot of money since I purchased it and it has performed perfectly!

Tidycal worked fine for around 1,5 years now. Step by step I integrated the tool to my website, the newsletters, my email signature, etc. Until one month ago it stopped working. It just did not syncronized the meetings with my main calendar (Office365). I then contacted the AppSumo support (Garry), which recommended to delete and reset the connection between Tidycal and Office365. I did it and since then it is not possible to connect Microsoft365 again to AppSumo. Garry answers only when I write but the support team is not doing anything to resolve the problem although according to Microsoft the problem is definitely a Tidycal bug (Microsoft even offered to make a Call with the Tidycal developer in order to show that it works all fine at Microsoft, but Garry never answered to this offer). To be honest: it’s a shame to sell this product and then not resolving the problem. My learnings: better buy at the beginning the more expensive tool (Calendly) which then works fine. Now I need to change in up at multiple locations from Tidycal to Calendly which is enormous work! Really disappointed with Tidycal and especially the poor support!

I have a small teaching business. By small, I mean just me and my 2 parrots hahaha. Anyway, TidyCal has really helped me to capture new customers on my website by allowing them to simply book an hour with me. It's super easy to use, and for my budget has been one of the best software deals I've bought since the lifetime deal and the evolving features have made it possible for me. I can't afford Calendly, but TidyCal provides the same service outcomes and it has worked very well for me to grow my customer base. Give it a go, it won't disappoint you!

It gets the job done, no bells or whistles but it just works, I loved the simplicity in setting up and getting everything ready, I was up and running in under 30 minutes, the integration with video conferencing software is great, but the only drawback is there is somehow a lack of customization, and you can't get rid of the branding is annoying, but overall it works

Using it for over 6 months now, I consider that the price/feature ratio is very good, and I have not run into issues, thus the 5 stars. This 5 stars should not compare to another product having much more features like calendly (multi-calendar, multi-users...), but for a solo-entrepreneur, I believe it is a perfect match.
