At first, I thought this website is too complicated to use but then I realize this is a great tool to manage appointments. If I am a doctor or a CEO I definitely buy this software.

I love Acuity. Been using this service in my coaching practice for almost 2 years. I haven't had one disruption in the service. Not one of my clients have complained. There has been only one scheduling snafu but it was the clients error. Everything about Acuity works for me and my very persnickety preferences and despite me being incredibly protective of my schedule and how I need to pace clients throughout my week. Acuity simply checks all the boxes.

Same thing we've been using AS for almost two years, really awesome and finally quite cheap when you think about managing many calendars with round robin option (important!). Extremely easy to build a landing page with all king of appointments my company need. They have top-class customer suport (in love with their aiku signature in it!), for me too lazy sometimes to check all configuration... works like a star! congrats AS!

@alex_bogdanov yes, it will work but you'd have to adjust settings if you're allowing people to self-book. Options would be having a 2-hour buffer for new appointments or, the better option, would be to have calendars set up for specific areas so you can minimise travel time.
