Hi Hunters 👋 Waseem here. Thanks to @pollock for hunting Top Developers ✌️ Our story started in 2016 with our company Hello World Technologies (a marketplace for developers) here in Rahim Yar Khan, Pakistan. Like many other Asian companies, we took advantage of our low cost of living and could offer our products at lower rates, but there were many problems: Lack of communication with our customers: It was hard to ensure all the developers spoke good English. Time Zone: we are 12 hours ahead of Pacific Time; who will supervise those remote developers? Transactions: Having a secure payment method was another problem we faced and many other things you may have experienced before... That was how Top Developers came to be. It is a new way to hire remote developers, so different that it is worthy of being featured on product hunt 🚀. We knew that to offer a great product, we had to be different and be in control of everything, that’s why all the developers must be in our office, with free coffee, and occasionally, free breakfasts. We solved the lack of communication by hiring project managers with C2 English level to ensure the communication is effective and the developers deliver the tasks on time (doing in person daily meetings). We also have free English classes for our guys. We make sure our developers can work in the customer schedule if needed, and we have an office in Boston, Massachusetts, to facilitate the payment process. Compared to well-known competitors, our prices are up to 90% lower, the reasons: -We only work with developers that can work from our offices. -We all work together: Developers, designers, quality assurance specialists, project managers; they all collaborate with each other. -We seed the code passion since school, part of our culture is the passion for what we do, and that’s why we visit schools and colleges in our city to motivate them to code. This product is amazing! I will be looking for someone to hire! The truth is that there are more and more people who're starting to learn to program and it's great to have options to choose from. These days, I've tried to implement some ideas on my iPhone, more exactly, some applications, but I'm thinking about hiring someone from https://ithire.com/category/ios-... because I'm sure that they know better than me. One day, I will get better at this and then I will be able to teach others about this. That's my main goal for me

@brccl1 good question. The cost of living in Rahim Yar Khan, Pakistan is $ 0.85 / hour, a senior developer who wants to raise his children in his hometown and not in big cities could have a high standard of living working for Top Developers.
