The idea came from a simple frustration: every time I needed a small online tool, I found myself jumping between different websites filled with intrusive ads, slow interfaces, unnecessary sign-ups, or tools that only did half the job. I wanted one place where everything just works. So I started building Toolist—a growing collection of free online tools designed to help people complete everyday digital tasks quickly and without distractions. Whether you're writing, working with PDFs, editing images, developing software, calculating values, or organizing your work, the goal is to provide fast, reliable, privacy-first tools in a clean and consistent experience. Building Toolist has been an iterative journey. Every feature has been refined through testing, fixing edge cases, improving performance, and focusing on simplicity. Instead of creating dozens of unrelated tools, I wanted them to feel like parts of one cohesive platform. This launch is only the beginning. One-stop shop feel without the bloat is rare, and Toolist nails it. The image compressor was surprisingly quick and didn't try to sneak in a sign-up wall.
