ToneBird is an AI reply assistant for Mac and Windows. It remembers your relationships, uses conversation history and connected files, and drafts replies in your voice inside Gmail, Slack, and other supported apps. You review and send.

@xcafebabe Haha we’re cooking up something for ToneBird to help you roast your enemies… politely 😂
I've been using it for nearly a week, and I think it's the best product I've used in the past six months!
ToneBird
@fayann Ahh thank you, FaFa! 🥹 So happy ToneBird has been useful this past week. What kind of replies have you been using it for most?
Been wanting something like this for Slack specifically, half my replies are just me stalling. Does it pick up tone from how the other person writes to you, or mostly from how you've replied to them before?
ToneBird
@salvatoresng Haha, the Slack stalling is familiar 😅 ToneBird uses the current conversation and your past exchanges with that person. The aim is to keep it sounding like you while fitting what’s happening in the conversation
Glad the final send stays with the user. I'd want help wording a difficult investor update, with a chance to check every sentence before it goes out.
ToneBird
@shirley_mou Absolutely, Shirley! Especially with an investor update, every word matters. You can edit the whole draft, and nothing goes out until you hit send.

How does ToneBird handle a contact who is both an investor and a customer? Curious whether the wording follows the current conversation or a fixed relationship label.
ToneBird
@qiwap Heyy QIQI, good question! ToneBird looks at the conversation and what it remembers about the person. So if someone’s both an investor and a customer, the idea is to match the reply to what you’re talking about at that moment.
The relationship memory is a really interesting part. Remembering how I normally talk to someone could make replies feel much less generic.
ToneBird
@ill_robyn Yes! Having to tell AI “I don’t talk like that” every time gets old 😅 That’s why remembering how you talk to each person matters to us.
'I'll get back to you tomorrow' is easy to type and easy to lose in a busy inbox. Turning that promise into something to follow up on makes a lot of sense!
ToneBird
@alyssa_xiao Exactly! “I’ll get back to you tomorrow” can disappear so quickly under the next ten messages 😅 We want to help you keep track of those promises.
