Most productivity apps help you organize more. Tody helps you finish more. Choose just three tasks each day, focus on one at a time, and build consistency without endless planning. No overwhelming lists, no complex systems—just a simple workflow designed to help you start, follow through, and keep showing up every day.
👋 Hi everyone! I’m Alper, the solo maker behind Tody.
I built Tody because I realized I wasn’t struggling with organizing my tasks—I was struggling with starting them.
Most productivity apps encourage you to build bigger systems, create more lists, and plan every detail. I wanted to try the opposite.
Tody asks you to choose just 3 tasks, then hides everything except the one you’re working on. The goal isn’t to manage more—it’s to finish what actually matters.
Since launching the beta, one piece of feedback has stood out:
“I thought seeing only one task would feel limiting, but it actually helped me stop overthinking and just get started.”
That pretty much became the product’s philosophy:
Less planning. More doing.
This is only the first version. I’m already exploring widgets, smarter reminders, AI-powered task coaching, and better insights—but only if they help people take action, not spend more time planning.
I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts.
* Does focusing on only three tasks feel too restrictive, or freeing?
* What usually stops you from starting the tasks you already know you should do?
Thanks so much for checking out Tody! 🙌
