Ramble by Todoist

Capture tasks by speaking, wherever you use Todoist
Ever wish Todoist could just listen while you think out loud? Now it can. Ramble lets you add tasks by speaking. It turns your words into structured tasks, complete with any details you mention, like projects, dates, deadlines, and priorities. Ramble is in beta, which means all Todoist users get early access while we continue to improve it based on feedback. We’ll introduce a monthly limit for Free plans soon, but until then, use it, break it, tell us what you love (and what you don’t).

What do you think? …

Leah Taylor

Having the ability to TELL Todoist ALL of the things I need to get out of my head is a game changer. Thank you for giving us Ramble! Love the name, btw... 😁

Francesco D'Alessio

Congrats on the launch guys!!!

Very useful tool. I’m curious, or maybe I’m missing something you already have. Is there any way for me to view my previously pending tasks that I added but couldn’t complete?

Hugo Fauquenoi

@getsiful Sure! If you add a "pending" label to those tasks, you can create a filter for that label. If you meant any task, you can also filter for all uncompleted tasks in Todoist!

I love the idea! Two questions:
1. can it integrate with Siri? E.g. I want to be able to capture notes while driving, and my car sends my voice instructions through Siri.
2. I assume this is only available in the paid plan?

Super cool! Does Ramble handle more complex task structures, like nested subtasks or multi-step reminders?

Viktor Shumylo

Congrats on the launch! Invisible AI + real utility is the perfect combo. Does Ramble adapt to individual phrasing patterns over time?

Mykyta Semenov 🇺🇦🇳🇱

Cool! I still use reminders in the standard iPhone app)

By the way, an idea for you to develop: people often ignore reminders out of laziness. You could add AI motivation, taking psychology into account. This could be an optional feature that users can activate if they want.
