Very cool - thanks for sharing! Every NPS tool I've used so far has been overly complicated so I love the simplicity of this.

We're planning 2 types of integrations: One for triggering email on a per contact basis and one for post feedback hooks so you can write to external tools like Google Sheets.
In the meantime, we support a number of options for importing and exporting data with csv files 👍

Great idea @mikesoylu - would love to see this as an integration into other email tools too especially for those of us that have to comply with GDPR - not sure if TinyNPS complies with this from a brief look at your site?
@krishnade Thanks for pointing this out. We only use GDPR compliant services for TinyNPS feedback respondents — Google Analytics and Amazon Web Services. No user data is shared with any third parties.

So no premium tiers will be added to the service. That said, we'll continue adding — hopefully — thoughtful little features along the way.

@golear Hi Gabe, NPS is a popular feedback system used across many industries. It allows you to identify who's willing to recommend your product/service and who's not.
