Correct me if I am wrong - you allow us to synch our tickets (lets say Hubspot CRM) with Slack and reply the tickets within Slack, right?

We built Thena because we were annoyed that customer communication is slow, lagging, and unintelligent; 70% of email and verbal communication lacks indicators' visibility. Customers want everything now, Slack allows them to quickly ping in a group and get a resolution compared to writing an email with subject, body and specifically selecting people to cc. And then they need to wait for hours to get a response. Times have changed. Excited for your feedback when you try.
