The real estate lawsuit has really thrown a monkey wrench into the old style of having a buyer agent. Buyer agents still have a role, especially for new home buyers, but I've bought 4 houses already, and I'm comfortable with the process. I would love to save tens of thousands of dollars using a site that can provide legal documents while still walking me through the process so I don't miss anything. This looks like a great implementation of a great idea. I look forward to using it soon.

I'm pretty eager to be able to control the real estate buying process. In my experience, my previous purchases using a realtor led to confusion, delays, and unnecessary dialogues happening behind closed doors between realtors representing both sides. Although I did trust my realtors, I never truly knew what was said on either side leading to frustration on my part. I look forward to a simplified, streamlined solution like Offer Haus. As someone who plans to continue to build my investment portfolio, I see this as a great solution for my needs.

Definitely would make things easier when you don't need any of the other realtor services, the worry of messing something up is always there otherwise.

This seems fantastic. The last house we bought we did most of the work and ended up paying a pretty big commission to the realtor. This would make everything go so much smoother.
