Sounds like your program is acting as an agent. Which states are you able to use this in. What quality controls are in place, as each state has its own laws and rules? What about titles?

This sounds super helpful! Quick question tho - does OfferHaus work globally or is it mainly for the US market? Also, how does it handle commission negotiations? Would love to know!

I've purchased several homes in various locations across the country over the last few years. In each of those transactions, I dealt with varying levels of service from the Realtors I worked with. In some cases, the service was very poor, and I felt like I could do a much better job myself. With OfferHaus I'll now have a way to do just that, in a consolidated easy to use platform. I've been on the waiting list since the beginning and I look forward becoming an active user once OfferHaus goes live.
