I first read this book as a free Google doc and I was so impressed that I ended up asking the author, Matt Mochary, to coach me. This book lays out with tactical detail the processes you need to put in place to scale up a company effectively. Things like: * Effective one-on-ones * Creating a culture of giving and receiving feedback * How to run meetings * How to run offsites * How to raise money And more! I thought this book needed a wider audience, so I found an editor, added a few chapters, cleaned up a ton, and released it on Amazon. I have no vested interest in this other than helping other founders and their companies.

I first read this book almost almost 4 years ago when it was a google doc. At the time I had just been asked to serve as COO of the digital agency I was working at. I was 15 😬, had no idea what I was doing, and this was one of the best resources I could ever ask for. It has everything, from how to run meetings, managing culture, and just being a better leader. I still use this tool as a resource to this day, and can't wait to have it as a physical book!

I also read this book when it was a Google Doc and I re-read almost every time I’m on a longer flight. This book is right up there with “The Hard Thing about Hard Things” as the best book for CEO’s to read. Thank you again for this book @mattmochary
