The Catch reads a contract the way a lawyer would: it flags missing or risky clauses (payment terms, termination, IP, penalties, exclusivity), explains why each one matters in plain language, cites the actual applicable law for your jurisdiction, and suggests alternative wording you can send back to the other party. There's also a follow-up chat so you can ask specific questions about your contract without re-explaining everything. It currently covers 10 jurisdictions: Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, the US, and Canada.
