I’ve been interviewing dozens of service pros for the last year and one of the big complaints I’ve heard over and over is the complicated nature of the software and solutions available to them. On the homeowners side (where I sit), very few tools for pros aid in helping deliver a great customers experience. As a product manager, I see the simplicity and hyper focus of this to be the start of a new era of tools for pros that help them simplify their operations while directly delivering better customer/homeowner experience experiences.
