👋 Hi Product Hunt! I’m Ryan, the creator of Tempo.
Tempo is an app that leverages the Maestro AI to help you understand your daily energy, focus, and rhythm so you can work with your natural patterns instead of against them. I have ADHD and continually struggle to try to figure out how the caffeine im reaching for is impacting me and my work.
I built it because I was tired of just wild wild west style grabbing any kind of caffeine i could get my hands on. Some days I felt incredibly productive, while others felt like a struggle, and I wanted a simple way to understand why. My goal was to build something that helps me and hopefully others become more intentional about what they reach for when needing that boost.
This is the first version of Tempo, heading to App Store after a bit more validation. Be sure to add it to your home screen to get the web app functionality. I’m excited to keep improving it with the community. I also have a Chat and ReTune with Maestro function built in but disabled for now during launch. I’d love to hear your honest feedback—what you like, what could be better, and what you’d want to see next. I know it's not perfect but if i waited for perfect id be waiting forever.

the afternoon focus cues actually helped me get through a writing block without reaching for another coffee. surprised how much the rest reminders nudged me to step away instead of doomscrolling.
The caffeine-aware cues actually made me rethink my afternoon espresso habit, and the focus audio loops are genuinely useful without feeling like generic binaural beats.
