Been in the community industry for a long time now and measuring the impact of community has always been a challenge. I'm incredibly excited and humbled to be a part of this team, working to make calculating community ROI more accessible to community teams. Community is so cross-functional, touching every part of the customer experience and journey, but it's so hard to quantify that value in understandable business terms. But that all changes with Talkbase. Thank you everyone for your support.

Congrats on the launch @klaralosert 🚀 Your maker comment is a great example that I will take inspiration from for my own future launch, as it does an effective job of explaining the JTBD (job to be done). Initially I wasn't sure why "Discover how each interaction boosts business metrics" would be a big deal, but your line about "'showcasing the real value of community efforts in a way that resonates with stakeholders and aligns with broader business goals" explains it perfectly! You should probably include that line in all your marketing assets 🙂

I really liked the Ultimate Community Playbook that the Talkbase team put together. As somebody that is building a brand new community - I found it very relevant and comprehensive.
