Hey Product Hunt I'm Jordan, the maker of talents (and first time submitter!)
I built talents to solve my own challenges I faced with investing in precious metals. My own stack lived in two places that never talked to each other: my physical gold and silver in a spreadsheet with constant formula updating and stuck inside a single document, and my gold exposure represented in ETF, a couple of miners and some leveraged funds sitting in a brokerage. I could never answer a simple question — what's my actual total gold exposure right now? How can I see my investment performance for everything, wherever I am?
Every generic portfolio tracker I tried missed the things that matter to metals investors: they don't understand premium over spot, they can't tell allocated from pooled, and they have no idea my jurisdiction gives a CGT break after 12 months.
