congrats on the launch! curious to hear: what was the inspiration for this idea?
@thisiskp_ I built a couple of other applications and on my first one spent well over six months putting together, and those were 40 hour weeks serious grinding. After a couple of sales, one of the customers sent an email about a support issue. And of course, they were vague about what the issue was. Being my first support issue I panicked, scrambled checked and looked whatever I could do to make sure that the issue was taken care of. Trying to reconnect with the user was a nightmare and then when they returned my multiple emails texting to say oh it was working, I paid for the lifetime plan, but it says free?? So right then there I decided no more I built a system to handle my support issues one and done absolute AILLM dual UI application that takes care of my customers even when I’m asleep. It works so good. I decided to put it up for sale, bada bing bada boom 💥
