This is a recurring topic here and I recently had many related discussions. So, I wanted to share with you three different stories, three different perspectives and approaches for inspiration.

Your wish for stress free customer support is about to be granted

I had spent months building an application I knew was rock solid, and I was thrilled with my progress. Then it happened: that first support ticket. Well, actually, it wasn't even a ticket it was just an email saying, "I'm having an issue with my subscription status."

After the initial panic faded, I went straight to work trying to figure it out. Lo and behold, it was something very simple. But in my diligence to ensure complete success, I was sending emails back to the user... and they weren't answering. I had no way to gather more information or confirm the fix.

Then it hit me: I wondered if there was an application that could handle customer support using AI agents like a superhuman chatbot that knew the app inside and out and could handle any issue. I searched high and low across the digital nanosphere and came up with nada.
