No seats, no per-agent pricing, no complicated setup. Paste the widget, connect your tools, and your support runs itself. Built for founders and small teams who'd rather ship product than manage a help desk.

Hey Product Hunt! I built Supp because the support tools out there were either too expensive or too complicated for what I needed. Also, I love building models and this was a great way to test my skills!
Supp is fully AI-native. Your entire support operation can be managed through Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP client with 40+ tools. Dashboard and UI are available but optional, as is clicking through settings pages. Supp is designed so you can just tell it what you want in natural language. 'Route billing issues to Slack and create a Linear ticket for bug reports' and it's done.
It classifies incoming tickets automatically, triggers actions across 15+ integrations, auto-responds with templates, collects customer info, and escalates to a human when needed. You can go from zero to fully automated support in minutes.
Would love for you to try it and tell me what you think. Happy to answer questions here all day!
Hey everyone π, wanted to share a quick example of how Supp works in practice. Say a customer reports a bug. Supp automatically classifies it, creates a Linear ticket, sends a notification to your Slack channel, and responds to the customer letting them know the team is on it. All of that happens without you touching anything. You set it up once by just describing what you want in plain English through Claude Code or Cursor.
Would love to know what integrations or workflows you'd want to see next. We're actively building and your feedback shapes what comes next.
