Hello hunters! 👋
A few years ago, I read Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker. One idea really stayed with me: one of the best ways to improve sleep is through simple, healthy habits.
Around the same time, I tried a sleep tracker for the first time. Instead of helping, it made sleep feel like a performance. I became obsessed with getting the perfect sleep score and hitting 8 hours every night — and ironically, it led to some of the worst sleep I’d had in years.
That experience eventually became the starting point for Supersleep.
From the beginning, I wanted to build something calmer, gentler, and more realistic. Most sleep apps focus on measuring you. Supersleep focuses on helping you build habits that support better sleep over time, without pressure, guilt, or endless metrics.
The app includes science-based sleep habits, gentle reminders, progressive goals that help you start small, daily check-ins, simple sleep tracking, and Apple Health integration. It works with or without a wearable because I know some people don't like wearables.
Supersleep was built to help people improve their sleep without turning it into a performance.
I’m really excited to finally share it here, and I’d genuinely love to hear what you think!
Thank you. ❤️
I’m tired of sleep apps stressing me out with scores and streaks. Supersleep looks like the anti-hustle version I actually need - focused on real habits instead of perfection.
Quick question: How customizable are the routines? For example, does it work well for people with irregular schedules like parents or shift workers?
Downloaded! All the best!
