Actually, you can already plug in your own custom rates!
If you look at the tool, there is a field labeled "Unit Price (Optional)". You can manually enter any local price per square foot you have for tile, mulch, or other materials there. The cost estimator doesn't pull external live data, so you have 100% control over the budget calculation based on your own quotes.😊
Finally a square footage tool that handles odd shapes without making me dig through menus. The cost estimator for flooring was a nice touch, saved me from pulling out a calculator after I already had my area.
