@aenoskov hello! i started tracking someone on august 9, 2020 and it is now august 15, 2020 and all the categories are still at 0, even though that person has liked many posts. i feel like i paid for nothing...

Not impressed at all have been using for a few months now and am finding that I am getting very little activity from the person I have opted to track every month it claims they have barely been activity yet I have managed to find a few likes from this user myself which your website has not even picked up. I have asked is there an issue with tracking certain people ie:celebritys but have not been giving a specific answer. Think I am going to cancel as I'm so disappointed as this, app is nothing like the sampled reports you display.

@latisha_davison Dear Latisha, I’m sorry about your experience. Indeed, we do not collect all actions, success rate is anywhere between 15% - 75%, average percentage is above 50% yet there are some accounts which are very hard to analyze. There’s the big accounts issue, likes delivered to popular accounts with 50k+ likes on each post will most likely not be found. It’s very complicated technically and actually is at no value from sociological standpoint so we usually skip those accounts unless they are popular among significant number of users we track.
