We believe it's the only tool allowing to see anyone's likes and follows on Instagram without any app installation. Who would use that? Service is used widely by different businesses to keep track of the trends, interests and behaviour insights of the audience, partners, customers, both current and potential. You can track one to tens of thousands Instagram users in one account. @aenoskov I paid for a extra 2 weeks because I would like to know who were the new follwing people, the profile user had followed... BUT the service didn't work correctly!!!!! I paid for this service because I would like to know exactly this information and didn't show me!!!

You purchased two weeks of retrospective reports, indeed, Snoopreport can NOT provide you followings information if we did not track certain account before. This is properly disclosed on the purchase screen: "Please note NO following activity is available for the reports from the past". It's simply technically impossible. Anyways, we will be happy to refund your money as we want our customers to be happy with the product, please email us at support@snoopreport.com Thank you.

I really purchased two weeks of retrospective reports, because I wanted to know about the following information... Hello, I am a new user, I recently subscribed myself to a plan and soon I upgraded it in order to receive daily reports. I have already sent three emails to your support team to explain that I have not received any daily reports in three days, yet I’ve noticed the activity of the accounts I’m monitoring manually. The support team’s response was something like “it seems to us that the reports are being sent to you normally” and then never replied again, even if explained again that I have not received anything, not even in junk mail. Very poor support and an unpleasant experience so far.

Update: I received an email from your support team saying that the reports are being sent to my email and that I should check my junk mail - which I already did and I already informed them accordingly. I am really disappointed, feels like I’m talking to a robot.

@eirini_avramidou Okay, so on 17 August 2020 at 02:02PM you clicked Manage notifications and clicked the button "Send me CRITICAL non-marketing emails only". We do not consider daily notifications critical according to Elastic mail guidelines and a commons sense. Can you please manage your email notifications again and opt in to receive all email? Thank you for reporting this bug, we will contact our email delivery provider and research how we can resolve this issue to avoid it in the future for other users. Meanwhile you should receive your next email report tomorrow.

I would recommend allowing the user to try it with 1 account for a week before asking to buy. Sorry, I am not going to buy something that I have no idea what the product is. Otherwise, pretty cool!

@rachreneebell thank you for advice. We’ve been through it and conversion was not as good as now when we have Report examples only. Please check Report examples page to see up-to-date reports of random account activity. They are updated and rotated frequently.

Absolutely not. This company and the person running it are NOT honest and they will continue to charge your cc after you've cancelled your subscription. DON"T FALL FOR IT!!!! Plus you don't get to see everything.

@heather_nielson Dear Heather, I’m sorry about your experience. Please let me clarify some issues: 1) We do not charge your CC directly, payments are processed through Stripe or Paypal, you can cancel subscription in your dashboard or through either payment processor. Once canceled your CC will never be charged again. Most likely you did not do it. Anyways, if you feel like you were charged extra please contact support, we are accommodating such requests and refund payments in 99% of cases. 2) You don’t get to see everything, that’s right. Please read Terms and Conditions you agreed to upon subscribing. We guarantee some 15% - 75% likes collected depending on particular account. It is very complex procedure involving prediction model and big data collection and analysis, there can not be 100% success rate whatsoever. Even so we are performing very good with average success rate of above 50%, did you see better result anywhere else?

I see a lot of girlfriends unhappy with Instagram removing the monitoring feature to see who their man follows or pics he liked as one the major subscribers to this service. It sounds extremely funny to me thought.

i had trouble in the beginning of using this website. So i emailed customer service, whom were very quick and efficient with my concerns, I was able to get the hang of it after and i can say now that snoopreport as well as their team are definitely worth a 5 star review. 👍
