My story
After graduating from business school, I really struggled to find a job. While I was searching, I consulted for a few small businesses focusing on increasing their revenues and improving their operations. I realized two really important things:

1) You need Standard Operating Procedures to allow the business to scale, improve onboarding, reduce mistakes 😎
2) Writing or designing them takes forever and is incredibly tedious 😅

With LLMs, I knew there had to be a better way. Initially, I used ChatGPT to help create some basic procedures, but I was getting inconsistent structures, varying complexity levels, and let's be honest, no one reads documents 📄🚫🙈

So over time, I built a best practices around standard outputs, concise and helpful documentation, and most importantly, a highly accurate and automated diagramming tool 🗺️

When I saw it worked for these businesses, I decided to productize it. Super excited to bring it to the broader public!

Where I would love feedback
1. How should I price? I'm doing credit-based for now as it's easier but I'd love to switch to a SaaS model for the MRR
2. Any tools / strategies for effective distribution? My target audience of small and medium sized business is probably not on PH, but out there in the physical world.

3. Any features or tools or even UI / UX that would be helpful?
