Sleek is a brand new take on the old « Social CRM suite » - it does only one thing : cut down on the noise, organize and prioritize your social conversations in one single feed.
As a Social Media Manager, you should not have to do those things manually, even if all the old-school social media management apps force you to. We want to help you focus on the fun part of community management, and leave all the hassle behind (let the bots handle it!).
About 300 people are using Sleek right now, across 10 countries. We have been working hard over the past 18 months to provide a unique experience. We know we still have a long ride ahead of us, we look forward to hear about your feedback.

@nicoprincen Hey Nicolas, thanks mate. We basically prioritize ongoing conversations, and what we consider as the start of key conversations. That's common sense, but it turns out to be the feature our users need and love the most.

Can you talk a little about the automated workflows that are built into the advanced product?
@sarahleeyoga thanks Sarah, well it's simple, those automated workflows are based on simple rules (if keywords) and consist in a whole bunch of actions (then achieve, hide, assign, label, etc), that are applied in real-time. It will soon be much more complete than that. But it's already quite precious for brands who have to deal with a huge volume of messages.
