@gnownad Thanks Dan! For now we are focused on FB and TW indeed, with other channels (social or not) that we plan to integrate soon. At this point we are already working on a brand new version. Once it's done, we will integrate new channels quickly.
@nicolasegosum Mention is a great listening app, while Sleek is a customer engagement app that only focuses on your own social accounts. The funny thing is, with Facebook comments and retweets, the level of noise is often huge even of your own social accounts
