On July 30, we launched SKI (Voice coding for your agents) on Product Hunt, and by the end of the day it became the #1 Product of the Day. It was a moment we had dreamed about for months, and seeing all the hard work finally pay off is something we'll never forget. To everyone who upvoted, left a comment, reported a bug, shared feedback, or simply gave SKI a try, thank you. Every bit of support meant more than you know.
The launch introduced SKI to thousands of people, brought invaluable feedback, improved our visibility across search engines and AI search, and opened doors to opportunities we wouldn't have had otherwise. Beyond the numbers, it reminded us that great products aren't built in isolation. They're shaped by the people who use them.
As we continue building at Pattern AI Labs, we want this community to grow alongside us. Most LLMs used for coding (cloud ones and big ones) can understand the intent and words, and is intelligent enough to clarify if it thinks we meant something different. Most people will start with review before send, just to be sure and eventually turn that off because it doesn't matter in most cases.

Is the offline meeting recorder compatible with all meeting platforms?

@basil_lenin Thank you for checking out our product. In the offline meeting recorder, it records the system audio and your mic inputs. So, it will work for all meeting platforms or even websites where it plays a audio and you reply back. It runs on your device and is completely free.

Really interesting concept! I like that you're focusing on conversation rather than simple voice input. Curious- does it work well across longer coding sessions, or is it optimized more for quick interactions? Congrats on the launch!

Yes, it can work across longer coding sessions. Would recommend longer sessions where you talk more and make the agent talk relatively less as we humans mostly zone out at times when agents talk a lot at a stretch.

Cool launch! Does it enable multiple peole (let's say a team) to voice together requirements and can the agent pick up and distinguish the different voices of speakers?

@avz Thank you for checking out SKI. The offline on-device transcription doesn't have speaker diarization at the moment. But it can take note of the requirements and work on it, completely on-device, free of cost. For a diarized multi speaker environment, there is a option where you can send the agent connected (Claude code, codex or hermes etc) into a online meeting, with the intelligence of the project which it is working on. Supported platforms are Google Meet, Teams and Zoom. But this runs on cloud, and is a paid feature powered by agentcall.dev (also ours). The SKI account comes with around 6 hours of free usage for this cloud meeting feature.
In this agentic mode, the connected agent can take note of what is being said in the meeting, ask clarifying questions and build on the call. It can share screen and show what it is building to you, including options to share files.

Really love the concept and I always hated how Claude just took the voice input but not speak back. Now… I’m gonna try it in Claude code.
Quick question do we have to run some kind of voice model for this or does it come with pre-packed

thats interesting, using voice to talk to ai and code is an amazng idea but do people actually want to talk or just type???

@aziz_mohd1 Maybe both. Speaking is much faster. And it is much easy to articulate things and explain things a lot in detail with speech.
For me personally, I just go away into doing other things when agent is being assigned a ask. For instance, I asked it to build something and it started doing it. But it takes a few minutes for it to complete. I don't feel good staring at the screen. So, I end up switching projects, or checking out phone. If I switch projects, I end up forgetting to check back. Maybe the agent is expecting me to clarify something and is waiting for my inputs.
Now, I connect multiple projects to ski and it just tells me if I need to check it out. It also keeps me updated on the progress. When I want to type, I can. I would recommend that you try this setup as well to make it more productive.
Something I would also recommend is the meeting connection. It can record meeting and connect it to your project, more like a meeting brain that you have.
