The free version is sufficient for a lot of cases. I use this mainly for subtitle generation and it is very fast. A great alternative to configuring the Whisper components manually.

it's just terrific I write I write everything with voice and it's a simple and clear solution. I use olama LLM to process the transcript and it works out very well especially locally without internet connection as well.

An incredibly useful app for on-device transcription. I use this for transcribing both voice notes to text and creating automatic transcripts from online videos for my notes. Jordi is constantly adding new features that I've not yet had time to explore too.

I am dictating this with Mac Whisper. I could not imagine my work anymore without this tool. I use the Dictation Ai Prompts and it's absolutely amazing! One of the best value for money tools I have every bought. Must have!!

I love MacWhisper for its simplicity since launch, and for the selection of features that get added at a rapid pace. I've used the app for both English and Danish translations of audio, and the results are mindblowing.

This is amazingly, amazingly good. So good that I can get pretty much anything transcribed (voice notes, meetings, the lot) and the accuracy, especially when using the largest model, is FANTASTIC. Even with somewhat dodgy recordings. Super-super grateful to Jordi for creating this, worth every penny.
