First of all, a huge thank you to this amazing community. Your support, curiosity, and willingness to try new things mean the world to us, and we're genuinely grateful to have you along on this journey. 🙌
Over the last couple of days, you've been trying out SKI, and now we'd really love to hear what you honestly think. Your feedback helps us shape SKI into something truly useful, so please don't hold back!

Did you run into any issues while using SKI?
Was there any point where you got stuck?
Did anything feel confusing or unclear?

Congrats on #1 launch of the day, I did tried out Ski and it's good tbh. Surprisingly didn't ran into any issues which most of such tools would have in their starting phase. One thing I would love to have is like more voices and like more lang support
But yeah the base is solid. Also waiting for the Linux version 🚀

@arjun_sureshh Thanks a lot for your feedback. Glad that you liked it.
The voice model we use currently is limited to 4 good voices which we have provided as options to choose. We will be fine tuning and adding more voice options in upcoming versions. At present, we also have multi lingual support (though not extremely reliable) in Low to High variations of Transcription (available only in Mac). The Ultra version supports only English, but has very good transcription accuracy and is fast.
We will keep updating the models as they come in. And will be releasing Linux soon. Will keep you posted on the Linux release.

@arjun_sureshh Can you please let us know the preference of the languages that you need, so that we could take them down as a list of priorities ?
@johnkg003 It might not be a popular language, but I think Malayalam would be my first pick as it is my mother tongue. And Hindi for general Indian audience as well.

So for the most part, It works like a charm, and the installation part was easy too, but something that I found kinda bothersome was the widget on Windows like I get that you can't squeeze in everything to something that small but I feel a little refinement could go a long way as it would make the need for the pop up menu to something that you only need to go to for bigger operations.
For features maybe, an ability to transcribe the screen and just talk about whats happening on the screen, something like videos maybe.
But Huge respect to you guys, I can absolutely see the effort gone into it and wishing you all the best! Keep building!!!

@basil_lenin Thanks a lot for your feedback. The widget was getting too long. Thus we have not added any more icons in it.
The current SKI version can help your agent take screenshots if you ask it to (also requires permission granting in mac os), and can read about what is on the screen. But it might not be able to understand videos at the moment as the models are currently a little token intensive when analyzing videos. But you can ask the agent to capture videos at 1fps using SKI and they will be able to understand the videos to an extend, unless it is a fast action video.
