Manager Agents learn from your meetings, then point you to what needs your attention next: the feedback that is overdue, the recognition you missed, the conflict you are avoiding, the growth talk that keeps slipping. You learn what works, what doesn't, and why, so you become better at leading your people.

How does the agent avoid jumping to conclusions when a conversation has ambiguous context?
βcan we filter out specific internal syncs or 1-on-1s from being analyzed?
Great question, @adams_parkerΒ ! Yes, you choose which meetings Manager Agents learns from, so you can leave out specific internal syncs or 1-on-1s. You stay in control of what gets analyzed
Many congratulations on the launch, @natasha_davidovska. Love the design and branding of the product. I believe these agents are going to be super useful for managers with large teams as nothing will go unnoticed or unrecognised. When team members are seen, heard and appreciated, they are more likely to be engaged and productive at work. :)
@rohanrecommendsΒ Thank you, Rohan, for seeing the vision behind this product and for your kind words. That's exactly the outcome we're hoping for: teams where people feel seen and recognized, not just managed. π π€
Hey Product Hunt π I'm so excited for this, and I want to share why it's personal for me.
I manage a team of 12 people, and I'm also doing my own work at the same time. Most weeks, managing gets whatever time is left over.
I know what good management looks like. Regular feedback. Noticing when someone does great work and saying so. Having the career talk before someone starts looking elsewhere. But knowing it and doing it are two different things. Here's what actually happens. Someone on my team does something great in a Tuesday meeting. I think "I should call that out." Then three more meetings happen, and by Friday it's gone. Or I notice tension between two people, tell myself I'll deal with it next week, and next week turns into next month.
Last year I realized I hadn't had a proper growth conversation with one of my best people in almost six months. Nobody reminded me. It just slipped. I'm not a bad manager. I'm a busy one. And from talking to the managers we work with at Semos Cloud, that's most of us. We don't have an HR partner down the hall, and nobody gave us a playbook.
That's why we built Manager Agents. It picks up on what happens in your meetings and reminds you about the things that matter before they slip. Not to manage for you, but to help you show up the way you want to for your people.
I've been using it with my own team, and the biggest change is simple: I actually send the recognition message the same day now.
We'd love to hear about your first "wow" moment with it.
We'll be here all day answering questions and collecting feedback.
Thanks for giving it a try! π
I run a distributed team of 30+ and I've been using incentives and recognition arrangements for a while. Having agents helping managers manage their teams is a refreshing idea. Congrats on the launch, Natasha and Ivana.
@iamanantguptaΒ That's exactly the kind of team this was built with in mind π Hope you get a chance to try it and find value in it.
βI am sharing this with our engineering lead who spends half his day in 1-on-1s. we really need a system like this.
Thanks @margret_rhyme π With that many 1-on-1s, it's so easy for follow-ups to slip. That's exactly what Manager Agents helps with. Would love to hear what they think!
This is a really interesting idea for managers especially the part about learning from real conversations and helping with the feedback you might otherwise avoid
