Leapsome

Great tool that help me save so much time on meetings!

Obviously a bit biased, but we use Leapsome every day internally. Personally love the collaborative agenda for meetings. Makes it really easy to know what are the important talking points and what were the takeaways from the last meeting.

Definitely a tool that cannot be missing from a company that deals with digital marketing. It's an incredible tool for saving time and making meetings more efficient. Thanks for sharing this on Product Hunt!

Flexible, great analytics, awesome compensation module

I use Leapsome on a daily basis. The features that empower me the most in my role as Co-CEO are: 1) Preparing & running very effective 1:1 and team meetings (I also add talking points on my phone regularly across the week, so I don't forget anything I want to cover in a meeting). 2) Maintaining focus on the most important levers to grow the business with the OKR functionality. 3) Working with the survey data (AI functionality to identify the action items and sentiment of comments) to build a better company and environment for everyone to succeed.

Very intuitive and flexible!

First things first: I work at Leapsome, so I might be slightly biased. However, I already used Leapsome at my previous company, and the product experience was so great that it made me apply for Leapsome and join my current role. What more of a testimonial can I give? :) I am a frontline manager, and I use Leapsome daily to organize my 1:1s, team meetings, and cross-departmental meetings (and any other meetings) and to keep track of my to-dos and direct reports' to-dos. All in all: I am not overly tech-savvy, and Leapsome makes it easy for me as it's intuitive, and I can adapt it to my needs, not the other way around. Hence, I can only give 5/5, no notes.

I have a bias being on the People team at Leapsome, but our product is a dream for our People processes. It allows us to set our managers and employees up for success all while gaining insight into our team's overall engagement and productivity 🙌
