Gave this a shot for my usual late-night instagram rabbit hole and the squat toll actually caught me off guard. The lockout feels a little abrupt at first but the quick workouts are way better than another boring timer app.

The squat toll caught me off guard, I actually got up and did them. Simple and kind of effective for breaking the autopilot scroll loop.

I love this. I've noticed that whenever my phone is within reach, I unlock it without even thinking. A tiny barrier like this could be enough to break the autopilot habit. Amazing product!
