👋 Hey Product Hunters 👋 Thanks for checking out Screens, our most ambitious leap forward ever in helping you understand contracts. 🚀 We started this journey more than 4 years ago, when I was practicing law at a large corporate law firm. A client of mine realized that his customers never read his contract, so he asked me to change it to make it as aggressive as humanly possible. When I zoomed out, I realized that’s how most businesses draft contracts, and realized this was a problem that had to be fixed. Today we’re taking our biggest step yet in our journey to make contracts simple and useful. Screens lets lawyers build their own contract review AIs to help them find new sources of income. And it let’s the rest of us understand contracts instantly, accurately, and from the perspective of real experts. We tested the private beta version of this product with more than 100 users over the last 4 months, listened to their feedback, and iterated rapidly on rolling out responses and improvements. 🙏 I’ve never been more proud of anything I’ve built, and am so grateful to the entire TermScout team for bringing this to life in record time. 🫡 Here are 4 things I really love about Screens: 1️⃣ Takes the best of LLMs (currently GPT4) and marries it with actual human wisdom and experience. 2️⃣ Makes it dead simple for experts to create their own contract review AIs (requires similar skill and effort to writing a blog post). We've been working on solving this product for more than 4 years now, and we think this new version gets us closer than ever at creating a version people can trust. Here are some of the ways we build trust: -Auditability: every time we make a prediction about a contract we show the source language from the contract so you can easily audit. -Privacy: we don't use customer data for any reason other than to provide the service to you. -Security: Soc 2 certified. -Expert-augmented: It's hard to trust AI alone to review contracts. By augmenting the AI with expert guidance, users should have higher confidence in the output. What do you think is needed to help users trust contract review solutions?

@ottohanson I think it's mostly about the confidence from the market, in switching a real person with an automated system for something that is usually business critical and that can have long lasting legal implications. It's about giving the market time.
