Stop losing work to voicemail. When you're on the tools or on the road, Sayora picks up for you, so every call gets answered and every lead lands in your pocket as a text the moment the call ends. Callers hear a real, warm British voice on your own dedicated UK landline number. It answers their questions, takes their details, and screens out the cold sales calls that waste your day. Built for plumbers, electricians, roofers and other small teams. Live by tomorrow. £49 a month.

Hi, I'm Jacob, one of the two founders of Sayora.
We built Sayora after spending months selling to UK trades businesses and hearing the same thing over and over: when you're on the tools or on the road, you can't pick up the phone, and every missed call is potentially a lost job. Voicemail doesn't cut it, and a human answering service costs more than most sole traders can justify.
So Sayora answers for you. You get a dedicated UK landline number, and when a call comes in, a real, warm British voice picks up, takes the caller's details, answers their questions from your own knowledge base, and screens out the cold sales calls. The moment the call ends, you get a text with a summary of the lead.
We're UK-native from the ground up: UK numbers, UK compliance, and we announce the recording on every call. We don't pretend to be human, and we don't need to. What matters is the call gets answered and the lead lands in your pocket.
Setup takes about an hour of your time and you can be live by tomorrow. One plan, £49 a month.
Happy to answer any questions, and if you want to hear it for yourself, there's a live demo line on the site.

Looks great! How does it handle questions from the customer when they phone up - does it feel quite natural?

@colinmcgray Thanks Colin! Yeah we've got it feeling quite natural we think, but there's always more work to do.
One thing we've found makes a big difference is offering a range of regional accents for your assistant. Another, is of course knowing enough about your business! Right now, we determine your most likely FAQs and set them automatically for you, which you can edit yourself anytime.
We also use the top pages on your website as a knowledge base that we pull from live in the call.
@itwasjacob - I personally don't need an assistant today, but I really like this product concept. It could be a came changer for small businesses, especially if they need to be out and about working for their clients all day, and unable to accept calls. Awesome idea, best of luck with the launch, and if I ever do need to take calls in the future, I'll definitely check out Sayora.
