@colinmcgray Thanks Colin! Yeah we've got it feeling quite natural we think, but there's always more work to do.

One thing we've found makes a big difference is offering a range of regional accents for your assistant. Another, is of course knowing enough about your business! Right now, we determine your most likely FAQs and set them automatically for you, which you can edit yourself anytime.

We also use the top pages on your website as a knowledge base that we pull from live in the call.
