They oftentimes stay onboard until you’ve found your VP which is great as they can handover directly. Ultimately, the decision to hire a VP of Sales should come from the CEO and be based on the needs and goals of the company. This advice basically suggests asking other people. Is that a good example of the toughest kind of sales and revenue question and what kind of response to expect? 🤔
