Robotics datasets each have their own layout. Paste a Hugging Face link and RoboPeek works out the structure (LeRobot v2 or v3, RLDS, MCAP, HDF5, Zarr, nested repos) and opens every episode in your browser. No custom viewer to build. Open source, by VideoDB.

Hi, I'm Nischay, DevRel at VideoDB. My team built RoboPeek because looking inside a robotics dataset usually meant downloading it and writing a script, and the next dataset would be laid out differently again.
Paste a Hugging Face link and RoboPeek works out what it is: LeRobot v2 or v3, RLDS, MCAP, HDF5, Zarr, a folder of camera videos, or a repo holding several datasets, including some the Hub's own viewer can't preview. Then you browse every episode with the cameras in sync, the signals charted and the instruction on the timeline, and flag the ones to review.
It runs in the browser, public datasets for now. The readers and the React viewer are on npm under MIT if you want it inside your own tools.
Which public dataset did you last have to download just to see what was in it?
