yeah we've seen tools like this before, think of Mailbutler or Frontapp, nothing new here, kind of skeptical about how it actually streamlines things, sounds like a lot of hype but will it just collect data in a fancy way without real actionable steps, let's hope it adds real value and not just another inbox clutter

@alexempowerment I get the skepticism. The aim here is to keep things simple and affordable, focusing on categorizing emails and prioritizing what matters. It's not just about collecting data but giving users the optimal order for reading emails based on business needs, along with stats and dashboards for visibility. I just checked out the Mailbutler demo on their homepage and didn’t see any mention of smart email categorization or prioritization, which is the main focus of my tool. However, I do like that they use direct integration with email services instead of forwarding—definitely seems more secure. Same goes for Frontapp, but feel free to correct me if I’m wrong. Thanks for the honest feedback.

The concept is cool but there's a lot missing, why should I trust you with my emails if you can't even have basic pages like Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, how am I supposed to know if there's any cost involved, good luck fixing this mess

@cloudarchdevops I initially thought a simple approach would suffice for the MVP, so I added that we delete all user data when an account is deleted, thinking that would be enough. I know the issue of trust is a weak point right now, and I admit I didn’t fully understand how just having Privacy Policy documents on the landing page could build trust, so I skipped it for now, but now I realize that skipping those documents was a mistake since many people really wanted to see them. I’ll definitely keep that in mind moving forward. Thanks for the straightforward feedback—it’s what I need.

I'm not sure if breaking down emails into topics and keywords is all that useful, honestly what about real-time alerts for critical issues so we're not always playing catch up, also, is there some way to integrate this with Slack or Teams to streamline the workflow more I'd definitely be interested in hearing more about that!

Congratulations on the launch, @roman_klimov! How does Reviewik differentiate between critical issues and non-urgent ones? Is there a way users can manually adjust the importance of certain topics or keywords to better fit their specific needs? Looking forward to trying this out!

@renchu_song Thanks! Reviewik uses chatGPT 4O to rate the severity of emails on a scale from 1 to 5, where 5 indicates critical issues like bugs or payment problems. It's been showing pretty good results in tests. Manual adjustment for specific topics isn’t available yet. It’s a great idea, though, and something we're considering. Hope you enjoy trying it out!

I'm kinda skeptical about this, I get the idea, but how useful is it really, I mean, who wants to forward all their emails to an external service, and can we trust it with our data? Would love to hear more about security measures and maybe a more detailed demo on how it actually works, also, any plans for integration with existing platforms?

So another tool to break down our overflowing inbox, huh? Well, unless this magically reduces the daily flood of emails, seems like it might just add another layer of complexity, focus on user-friendly interface and be crystal clear about pricing, nobody likes hidden fees.

@codesimplifier The idea was to create a simple, affordable tool that excels at categorizing emails by topics and helping prioritize what’s important, not to eliminate the need for reading emails. When I was searching, I couldn’t find a tool that did exactly this. As for pricing, I mentioned in my first comment that the tool is currently free because I wanted to gather feedback quickly. I now realize it was a mistake not to include planned pricing on the landing page. Really appreciate your honest and open feedback.
