Have you experienced the problem of AI not having enough context? I mean when a person can understand (or better to say "guess") a user's problem from context much better than a LLM can?

I think this is the future of solving tickets. Many tickets have the same pattern and it took tremendous amount of dev efforts to handle those repeatitive tickets. Kudo to the team. @gpetrov
