Recensa is a document confidence platform. Run a finished document through an independent review that catches the contradictions, broken references, and numbers that don't add up — then export a clean, sealed version your recipients can verify. Built for Word and PDF, before you send, file, or publish.

This platform was build after representing myself legally, where I found that AI drafting is never accurate, and neither are AI reviews. This is the only software out there that solves that problem in its entirety.
Report
How does the verification actually work on the recipient's end, is there a public link or some kind of embedded seal they can check without needing an account?
how does it actually flag contradictions, like is it matching logic across the doc or pulling from an external knowledge base? curious about what happens with heavily formatted legal docs

How does it handle documents with embedded charts or tables where the numbers are visually displayed in images rather than selectable text?

@belinaytokucu go ahead and try it out! Recensa does a great job with both formats.

Caught a broken cross-reference in my report that I had read three times without noticing, which was genuinely humbling. The sealed export gives me something concrete to point at when colleagues ask how I reviewed the file.

Ran a messy contract through Recensa and it flagged a date that contradicted an earlier clause, something I would have missed for sure. The sealed export is a nice touch for sending to clients.

Ran a messy report draft through Recensa and it flagged a citation I cited twice with different years. Wish I'd had this before sending my last client deliverable.
