Hello there, I have a question for the Product Hunt community: What's your worst impediment to keeping focus? 🤯 Suppose you're on a good day, one of those days where ideas come and flow as fresh water down a mountain creek.⛰ So you grab a keyboard, and start writing your vision, targets, deliverable, ..., whatever. Now the question❓ what is the most irritating thing that can happen and make your loose your focus (or temper)? Besides running out of tea or coffee... I'm asking this question because this is what I've experienced so many times. I've been through all of them and more. This lead me to making Qinaps real. Yet, we're all different, and it will be useful for us to compare experiences. So what are yours? Or maybe you never loose focus? I'd love to learn that! Stay well,❤️ Laurent PS: we're hosting a 30 min webinar on 9 February to take you through Qinaps essentials. Registration at https://webinars.qinaps.com PPS: Feel free to reply outside the options given in the poll!

Hi Hunters and Makers! 🎉 It's a big day for me to be finally launching on Product Hunt! 💡Reinventing "cut-copy-paste" with Qinaps 😲 — a SaaS application built to simplify and deliver customizable documents. A Qinaps user can:- • Create a workspace where they can manage workbooks. • Within a workbook, information is stored in components or nodes. • As you keep adding more components, a spatial representation of your information begins to emerge resembling a map of all your information similar to a Table of Content. • This 'Map' can be broken down further into several viewpoints to create smaller clusters of components to focus on. • The information within your workbook has several representations: Map, Table, Document. 🤩 Now for the fun stuff for teams and individuals:- • Create and store pieces of information, videos, links, and images, code snippets • Share information with teams, or with the world with sharable links! • Deliver multiple documents by cherry-picking components from your Map. • One may think of it as a knowledgebase where notes, articles, data sources, team discussions, reference links are stored and categorized. • As the user progresses while ideating and working, information can be re-arranged freely to deliver professional documents. They can be kept current, regardless of how information is re-arranged, customized, enriched, and versioned. I am quite confident, (and I have my fingers crossed🤞) that you will minimize time spent on:- • wrong document version being sent to the customer ; • hours spent with countless "search-copy-paste" in order to create the latest delivery ; • having to edit tens of documents because just one common paragraph had changed ; • having to re-write a new content each time from the scratch. 🎁 I invite you to try Qinaps and enjoy the power of simplicity. Give it a go at qinaps.com and please let us know what you think. Any comment, suggestion, and question are more than welcome :) Take care,♥️ Laurent

I came across Qinaps on LinkedIn. I am a student and due to the online classes, it became a bit difficult for me to track the lecture notes. But Qinaps has really been an effective solution for the same. It offers different compartments for me to record the details in a systematic way. Also the app does not has any glitch so far.

We started building on Qinaps to simply the process of information retrieval and re-usage, and the way written docs are stored, indexed and created today. Every doc in word, notes, pads etc. is berried under files and folders and searching for information written within them is definitely a task. Qinaps is different since the information within is visible as a spatial representation similar to a Map. If the Map becomes too dense you can break it down into several views focusing on the information we want to select in a particular context. Qinaps is a truly living and breathing flexible document customizer. We hope you enjoy using it as much as we enjoyed creating it. Sign-up today @ qinaps.com

Visual organization, assembling components, Create once and re-use from a truly modular Workbook. Now if it was WebNative via MindDrive powered by Fission, I wold be really interested

@gyuri_lajos1 Qinaps is quite powerful when you need to update say just one bit of content in 10 different product catalogs let's say. Today one would need to individually update each of them, in Qinaps you just need to update the source content and the documents containing that piece of content get automatically updated. That's quite a powerful application :)

While creating the MVP we wanted to solve the problem of 1) content re-use, 2) duplication of documents because of files and shared drives. We decided to concentrate on a networked note-taking application that would not only allow ease of re-using existing content but also sharing via live links rather than attachments in emails. Turns out it was a problem worth solving and one led us to the idea for Qinaps! In fact, the note-taking pie is quite large, add document delivery to that and voila we are in the game!
